Attempts to mount from this server result in the error
rvdgetm: 18.74.0.5 not responding
This was on the console of almost all the machines in the
cluster last night. I was in a hurry and forgot to report it.
I got the same error messages from E40 today when I attached the
packs there just to see whether or not they had been updated to
7.2R.
