The following which pertains to the requested shutdown for Bldg.
11-226, 206 is for your information and review. You will notice there
is not a definite date and time stated, but there is a suggestion of
when this work could take place by the personnel performing the work.
Would you please let me know at your earliest convenience if this
requested shutdown would be acceptable/unacceptable and a date and time
that might work if the suggested dates, times are not good for you.

Time: 3:00 PM (Fri.) - 9:00 AM (Sat.) or 5:00 PM (Fri.) -
11:00 AM (Sat.)
Duration: 18 hours
Reason: Gap in ductwork has to be repaired. Equipment must be shut
down first before repair work can begin and then turned on
again after repair work has been finished
Effect: Loss of supply ventilation and cooling during shutdown period.
