Flaky right-shift key on M38-370-1

There is a sometimes-problematic right-shift key on M38-370-1.

	ASDFWERAGAFGEASDF	Hard keypress
	asDFsFAsfSDFAsfas	Lighter keypress
	asdFFAsdfasFasdFA	Lighter keypress
	asfasdFASdFSFASFD	Light keypress

Occasionally, the right-shift appears to be "fixed" in that I am able to 
use the key without problems.  The problem comes back irregularly.
Perhaps there is something mechanically amiss (garbage under the keypad).
