I have a requested Emergency Shutdown for Bldg. 13 for next Monday,
9/30. Would you please let me know if this is acceptable at your very
earlist convenience.

System: Air Handlers 1, 2, 3 & 4
Date: 9/30/96
Day: Monday
Time: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Duration: 4 1/2 hours
Reason: Change to clean filters
Effect: Loss of Supply ventilation only. Each air handler will
be down one at a time for one hour each. The air
handlers and areas serviced are as follows:
PM#701700 - Air Handler 1 located 13-0063 - services all
east and west areas of building
PM#701701 - Air Handler 2 located 13-0091 - services
all floors located in center of building
PM#701702 - Air Handler 3 located in 13-0091 - services
north and south perimeter for all floors
PM#701828 - Air Handler 4 located in 13-0091 - services
the lobby of Bldg. 13
