The following which pertains to the requested shutdown for Bldg. 48 is
for your information and review. Would you please let me know if this
shutdown is acceptable to you or unacceptable.

System: All steam
Date: 10/3/96
Day: Wednesday
Time: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Duration: 10 hours
Reason: To repair leak in high pressure steam line feeding
into building.
Effect: Loss of hot domestic, hot lab process and heating
hot water during shutdown period.
Physical Plant will check the outside temperature next
Monday for Wednesday, 10/3. If it is too cold outside
the project will be rescheduled.
