Wednesday afternoon, I came over to check on a repeat call for
Homer jamming in both duplex and simplex mode. I had previously replaced
the duplex assembly on Firday, but heard that there were problems over the
weekend. On Wednesday, I sent test prints through the machine, alternating
duplex and simplex. I could not get it to jam with 120 pages sent
through.
Carlton and I came back over Thursday morning and set it up to
receive printing via the network and tried sending jobs to check if it
had something to do with the network card or formatter. We sent
through about 50 pages of simplex and duplex work without a jam.
I don't know what to fix if I can't reproduce the error. This is
still open, but on hold.
