I overstated the problem with the mouse on frederik-pohl.mit.edu.
The precise failure is that when I "xterm &" to call up a new xwindow,
the window comes up but I cannot place it anywhere using the mouse. The
mouse gets hung-up and cannot be used to logout on type or do anything
else. Apparently, the newly called up xwindow can be placed by typing
a carraige return from the keyboard, and this will free up the mouse.
Still, it needs to be fixed.
