Hi this was passed on to us at OLC:
In 1-142, printer "Bob" is low on toner, and printer "Plato" has a message
on the lcd that says "User Maintenance" that isn't cleared up if the printer
is reset. I don't need a response to this message, so please consider it
"Done" when you've passed this message on to whomever it needs to go to.
