This is REALLY URGENT, PLEASE DO NOT DISREGARD.
I have already called like 5 times reporting this problem, since
friday. Please, at least reply by email or let us know who we
can speak to, because every time all I get is an answering machine.
Hi,
I want to report a problem with a private workstation. The
machine is down, because it needs some software installation. We
bought an internal disk drive, that needs to be installed also.
The problem is that there is a Research Proposal in the
machine's hard disk that needs to be handed in tomorrow ( sept. 17 )
by 4:00 pm. We still need to do some final corrections on it.
Below I provide all the information necessary:
Machine: Sun Sparc5
Hostname: Swordfish
Location: 1-238.
People to contact: Prof. J.J. Connor ( 1-238, tel: 3-8435 ) or
Miguel Licona ( tel: 3-5176 ).
Please give us a call letting us know when you can come. If the
door of room 1-238 is locked you can ask Joannie ( secretary )
in room 1-253 to open the door for you. She already knows about
this. The disk drive is on a table next to the terminal.
We are really desperate about this.
