Sun workstation crashed, won't reboot

I logged into Athena at the Sun workstation w20-575-55 in the cluster on
the 5th floor of the Student Center. While it was running my startup
activities, it suddenly froze. I tried pressing Stop-a, but it had
stopped accepting keyboard and mouse input. I know my configuration
files weren't the problem because I logged into w20-575-53 to send you
this email and it worked just fine. I've seen all the signs that say,
"Do NOT turn off any of this equipment or you will be hunted down, drawn
and quartered, thrown into boiling oil and snickered at!" so I don't
know what I should do.
