Hello Carson-
We had replaced the keyboard you had reported shortly after
you notified us, which was on a different system. We also
changed a keyboard out in there on July 10th. Both keyboards
were damaged due to people eating and drinking over them and
which is not covered under that clusters maintainance contract.
However being the nice people we are we replaced them without
saying anything. If this 3rd keyboard is damaged due to people
eating/drinking over them the keyboard will not be replaced untill
it is paid for by that dept.
If you have any questions please direct them to Brian Murphy 3-7664.

The SparcClassic called "sum-1" in Bldg. 20 is dropping typed characters,
most often the space character. Seems to be either flaky hardware in
the keyboard itself or a flaky connector cable.
