Here are a bunch of monitor problems here at TDC. We have some downed
VAXen also, but I will diagnose and report after the monitors are fixed.

There are two categories of problems:
Blinking Green Light:
1. AB72904756
2. AB73001KK7
3. AB729047A7
4. WF71105415
5. WF72105228
6. AB73001KG4
7. AB73001GS3
8. AB729047C3
9. AB729047B5
Won't turn on at all:
1. AB73001KJ9
2. AB72302Z09
Remember that these are monitor problems, and the CPU numbers that
correspond to those monitors...
