mr-toad, the sgi in 11-115, kernel panicked yesterday, crashed, and
seemed to be attempting to take an update for about 5 hours. After
that, it stopped, the screen went into powersave mode, and hitting the
keyboard/mouse did not bring it back.
Today, I powercycled it, and it complained it was missing a bunch of
stuff, and now it's at the SGI login screen (Welcome to Irix 5.2).
A lot of the time, when mr-toad crashes, it complains about "Bad SIMM
S3".
