Dear hotline,
Brian kindly set up duplex print queues on cheme0 and
cheme4 a few months ago. To use the
>lpr -Pcheme02 filename
>lpr -Pcheme42 filename
commands. I recently got the following report from one of the users:
--------------
Unfortunately, something must have gone wrong and I am
unable to use the command anymore. For the same file
and same priting method I can print duplex using -Ppindar2
but not -Pcheme42 (didn't try cheme02 but I assumed that
it wouldn't work either). Now when I use -Pcheme42, nothing
comes out. This is strange because it should at least
come out single-sided. I noticed that there is a message
saying "cannot start cheme42 deamon" when I do a lpq.
--------------
Could you please look into this for me -- thanks.
