Hi. Attempts this morning to make a boot floppy following
the directions in the bootkit failed.
After experimentation, it turns out that if vold is running,
an extra volcheck between formatting the floppy and running
fd.install is needed.
if vold is not running, formatting and then running fd.install
does work.
mwhitson was kind enough to modify the README to show the
extra volcheck.
