Shown below is another request for shutdown for Bldg. 13 for Friday,

Duration:       5 hours (or more or less)
Reason:         Reroofing Building 13
Effect:         Loss of Exhaust laboratory fan hoods and general exhaust
                fans.

                Preventive maintenance numbers are in direct correlation with
                the room numbers as shown above.
