This failure makes about the 4th or 5th failure in a private area (other
then a general cluster), that has been reported in the last few days.
The failure is reported as a kernal problem, and bad name when trying to
reboot after the system crashes or an individual logs out. I have taken
Craig Fields to the 1-307 area, and he will take the issue up with Miki,
and Greg. These failures appear to be only happening in Private areas, and
are all Sun system related issues.
I have re-installed the software on fatigue (1-307), which is now up and
operating properly.
