HI,
We've been printing on a printer that is hanging off one of our private
Athenized DEC5000 stations. We are planning on upgrading that printer
from a 300 dpi printer to a 600 dpi printer. I called HP to find out
what I would need to do, and they said I only had to adjust the print cap
to recognize the capability of the new printer. How would I do that?
Also, this printer currently must be called by different names (oldham or
kanga) depending on what machine you are sitting at in our lab. What do I
need to check, and or adjust, to give the printer a single name?
Thanks for the help!
Scott
