Reason: Construction
Effect: Loss of all electrical power with the exception of
emergency lights on the 3rd floor E only for 2 hours.
Rooms that will be shutdown are:
E304, 304A, 304B, 306, 310, 314, 314A, 316, 316A, 318,
303, 303A, 303B and 311.
