problems with dialup service

When Young and I investigated the problems that were reported on
the RT dialup machines, we found the following:
- LEDs on both e40-008-6 and e40-008-8 read 99
- no keyboard input was possible
- no unusual error messages were on the screens
We re-booted e40-008-6 using CTL-ALT-PAUSE and re-booted e40-008-8
using CTL-ALT-SCROLL-LOCK to get a core dump. You will find this dump
in e40-008-8:/u1/crash/vmcore.13
Both dialup servers appear to be working as normal now.
