The following which pertains to the requested shutdown of buildings
W13, W15, 41, 41A, 17, 35 and 31 is for your review and information.
Would yo please let me know if this is acceptable or unacceptable.

Building: W13, W15, 41, 41A, 17, 35 and 31
System: All ormal electrical power; steam will need to be
secured in affected buildings
Date: 6/28 or 6/29 *Which is preferable?
Day: Friday PM or Saturday AM
Time: 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM 6/28-6/9 or 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM *Which
is preferable if any?
Duration: 10 hours
Reason: Replacment of old high voltage switch that affects
all of the above-named buildings.
Effect: Loss of all power (access controls, bldg. power,
elevators, computers, telephones, lighting and corridors/
stairs); chilled water;(Air) supply ventilation, supply
cooling, supply heating, exhaust laboratory, exhaust
general, exhaust toilet and compressed control; (Steam) high,
medium and low pressure steam and condensate return.
