more troubles with sg6

Dear Athena Hotline,
There seems to be something seriously wrong with the setup on sg6 (which we
are using as a tape backup machine). The permissions to various things seem
to be wrong or they are not installed. Maybe a refresh of the athena software
is needed? Some of the error messages received are:

tcsh: No entry for terminal type "xterm"
tcsh: using dumb terminal settings.
...........
[athena:~ ] man restore
No manual entry found for restore.
...........
[athena:~ ] help -tty
Starting lynx World-Wide Web browser...
Sorry, terminfo file for "xterm" terminal is not readable.
The lynx browser failed.
Please call 3-4435 if you need help.
...........
None of these errors occur on sg7 which is similar hardware.
