This monitor is in need of a deflection board. Rita, I believe you have the
S/N on the hardware form already made out. I had noticed that somehow, this
note has disappeared from the hotline notes file. The LOG # was B1B214.
Tom Tata (DEC) has replaced the deflection board. All set now.
