I just received a phone call from Scott Johnston (stjohnst@mit)
who says that he's called hotline a number of times in the past
about problems he's having with his PAWS RS6000/220,
but hasn't received a return call. He'll be calling again shortly
- please don't let his call (or any call) fall through the cracks.
