Problem reported: SIMM error S5.
Location and serial number of machine: W20-575-100, 080069089736.
Action taken: vacuumed out machine and cleaned all SIMM contacts and reinstalled
SIMMs. Moved reported SIMM to a different bank, if error occurs again we will
replace the SIMM.

Problem reported: Indy Cam errors.
Location and serial number of the unit: W20-575-106, 0800690896CD.
Action taken: replaced Indy Cam and ran diags.

Problem reported: no video, no startup tone.
Location and serial number of unit: E40, 08006907C0A7.
Action taken: replaced mom board and X-video board, ran diags.
Part numbers used: 030-8235-002, 030-8123-014.
