The machine in question m9-514-1 has been taken care of by ylsul.
But there is a very broken ibm/rt (m9-516-1) in 9-534 (next to Rob's
and my office). It keeps hanging on "22" and tries to reboot itself
continuously. It is unrelated to the blackout. We also suspect a
bad floppy drive on the mahine since we can't the even get the diag.
