The following is an emergency shutdown request for Bldg. 1-115 for
today (5/10/96).
Would you please advise if this would be all right. I may be contacted
at 8-6615 or via return e-mail.
Maryam--I normally do not use email for emergency shutdowns, but you
were not in when I called (I left a voice mail message for you as
well).

System: Replace Motor in fan coil - supply-ventilation,supply
cooling.
Date: 5/10/96
Day: Friday
Time: 11:30 AM (hoped to be able to start work at this time)
to 5:00 PM or later depending upon start time.
Reason: Must replace motor in fn coil.
Effect: Loss of supply-ventilation and supply-cooling, although
there will be no impact to existing cooling.
