Hi folks,
I sent in a message about bud (HP 4si printer in 11-326) last week -- a 79
service error code. We figured out it was only when someone was trying to
print from a Windows machine.
It turns out it's only when someone tries to print from Netscape on Windows.
Reportedly, the newest version of Netscape doesn't break printers like that.
