PROBLEM REPORTED: 79 SERVICE CODE.
ACTION TAKEN: THIS PROBLEM CAN BE CAUSED BY SOFTWARE/DRIVERS, PCA'S,FONT 
MACROS-PERSONALITY CARTRIGES. TALKED TO SHARON AND EXPLAINED THAT A 79 SERVICE 
ERROR IS A SOFTWARE ERROR AND SHE SAID THAT MADE SENSE BECAUSE SOMEBODY ELSE WAS 
TRYING TO PRINT TO THE PRINTER WHO WAS NOT ATHENIZED.
PC SERVICE LOG NUMBER: R7342.
