Duration: 12 hours - *Power will be off several times for
short periods.
Reason: To tie in new high voltage G & W switches in
transformer vault.
Effect: Loss of access controls, building power, elevators,
computers, telephones and lighting.
We need clarification on the effect of this outage
on e-buss powered systems. Will this affect the power
supply for the 6th-floor telephone installation?

Ron, I just finished speaking with Manuel Moreira one of the men who
will be performing this work re your question. He said that in a way the
answer is yes, but he is going to telecommunicdisruption would be the
