At approximately 4:45 pm this afternoon, a portion of the
campus experienced a power dip. Only those MIT buildings on the west
and northwest side of campus that are not fed by the Power Plant were
effected by the dip.
Comm Electric reported a fault between the Putnam Bulk and Vassar
substations. They also report that everything is stable at this time.
