VAXstation II repair

    Hi,

    After trying to repower a VAXstation II (m7-321-1) following the power
    outage, the machine refuses to respond.  The screen remains blank and
    the machine will not reboot.  The machine is located in the Ocean
    Engineering Athena cluster room 7-321.  Other machine info:
