Hi Scott -

Found both printers in 4-035 jam'd with 13.1 err's.

Pandora was jam'd right before it comes out of the printer up top
Medea was jam'd with the paper about 3/5's the way thru the fuser

was able to unjam them both.  Not sure were you left off.
