System: Air Handler 4 PM#707762 Supply Fan.
Date: 4/4/96
Day: Thursday
Time: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Duration: 4 hours
Reason: Preheat coil leak (W.O.# issued to pipefitters to
repair).
Effect: Loss of supply-ventilation, cooling, heating and low
pressure steam. *Exhaust fan will be operating during
shutdown.
