Hi hotline folks,
This note came in to the helpline, and it looks like an Athena issue to
us...

Hello there,

Joan McCusker gave me your name and said that you might be able to help.
My SGI Indy "porter" in 1-245 (it's an Athena machine) is very very
sick.
It has crashed a few times lately while running Netscape. Then, today,
while I was trying to compile a program, it hung at the final compile
stage. I tried compiling on a different SGI Indy "stymie" and it worked
just fine, which leads me to believe that the problem is with my
machine.
Furthermore, when I run power-on diagnostics, the computer also hangs.

Could you send someone out to look at the machine, or put me in contact
with someone who can help me (if that person is not you)? - the lab #
is 253-7657, and Joan's number is 253-1629.

Thanks for your assistance.
