#107 was found with no power to cpu
tried cpu power button no go, tried unplugging
from wall and cpu then power button no go.
The below is the last time the power supply seemed to go.
Date:10/15/95
Problem reported:CPU will not power up.
Action taken: replaced faulty power supply.
Serial number and location of CPU:08006908966F,W20-575.
Part number:9430813
