w20-575-9's keyboard _might_ have a problem with one of its Alt
keys... A user just came into the SIPB office because her machine was
acting strange, and it seems that the problem was that the Alt key was
stuck down. I managed to get it to unstick (somehow), but I don't know
if there's something physically wrong with the keyboard or if she just
did something strange in software...
