Lou helped me out. We determined that it still is definitely
jamming in duplex mode, but works fine in simplex. We have re-enabled the
print queue and put a note on the printer warning people not to send duplex
jobs to printer.
The replacement duplexer I put in on Monday was the only one I had
in stock. I have to wait for the replacement for the one I sent back to
come in and bring that over. It's not a great solution, but I don't have
anything better.
