Hi -
We have had many reports of problems with the new Thesis
5si printer, however when a CSR checks on it no problem
is found. We would like someone who is having problems
to show us what is going on. You can respond to hotline
or to myself.
Among problems reported:
printing blank pages
printing duplicate pages
poor print (may have been grad student overeating)
jam'ing
