A few days ago, Lou noticed that tardis was screaming in agony. near
as we can tell, one of the disks died. I don't know which one or
whether there was anything important on it, or whether there is any
chance of saving it if there was (I suspect not tho).

Tardis is an RS6K.520 in e40-008. Please place a service call. I
have cajoled bwmelans into being the contact. This machine should be
under service, but there is a slight chance that it was taken off
effective the end of Feb., so please make sure the call goes in before
the end of the month.

Joe, can you let me know whether this machine is still on service?
Don't change the state for now, just tell me what it is.

	Jonathon
