Bert was here today and played with the printer for a while. He asked
me to email his result. He determined that printing from tray2 causes
most of the problems that we see on the printer, while printing from
trays 1 or 3 does not. One of his tests is in his box. He also
cleared out a jam deep inside the printer. So, in the future it would
be wise to avoid filling tray 2 (and making sure people don't walk
into the office and fill it when they are printing out their theses).
