I am trying to print my Masters thesis on the "thesis" printer, and I have
encountered several problems:
1. Frequent jams
2. Blank pages are printed after each page of my thesis
3. Currently the printer is inoperative (it jammed massively on my latest print
attempt, and some of my pages were crumpled and smeared)
The athena consultants asked me to contact you with this information so you can
address the problem. I am not the only one encountering these problems - I see
other people's damaged output in the output tray.
Please let me know when and if you address this problem so I can make a final
printout.
