Hi again!

Well, thesis printer is doing worse and worse these days. Currently, it
has a paper jam 13.14, and I can't find the paper anywhere.

It also keeps complaining that tray 3 is open, when it's closed.

Just before 13.14 came up, it was jamming about every 3 pages, at best.
It's still printing out the blank pages, too. Oh, and the jammed pages
are doing fun stuff. (Folding like accordians, printing two sides onto
one side, etc.) For examples of this, come look at our recycle bin,
which is filled with Carbon bond paper with messed up thesis stuff.

Could you:

1) Unjam 13.14
2) Put a manual with the printer (I don't see one)
3) Take it away? It's really quite useless as a thesis printer. If it
does manage to print stuff, it triples the pages used, pages get put
out-of-order, etc. With carbon bond paper and thesis suffering, I would
much rather see the old printer back...
