This is from an OLC question:
The IBM RT (hostname m11-113-9) is having problems. It is displaying the
message "Hit any key to start." When a key is pressed, the machine begins
to activate. However, the error message "mouse_reset fails" appears and
the activation sequence aborts. The "Hit any key to start." message
reappears.
