Between 1:00am and 2:00am on the morning of Monday, January 29, there
will be an outage of the sipb AFS cell as we upgrade our software to
stay in sync with what the Athena cell is using.
The actual outage is expected to be between ten and fifteen minutes if
all goes well, but may be longer if there are problems.
