System: Chilled water system for air handler 9
Date: 1/24/96
Day: Wednesday
Time: 7:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Duration: 5 1/2 hours
Reason: To replace butterfly valve for air handler 9 chilled
water coils
Effect: Loss of chilled water systems to the above area and
system
for the duration of the shutdown
Building: E40, air handler 1
System: ventilation and air supply
Date: 1/26/96
Time: 1 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Duration: 1/2 hour
Reason: To change filters in vent
Effect: Minimal effect on building's air supply and ventilation
