Odd state of some systems in 37 cluster

Matt and I found several Decstations with disconnected
display power cords, and system units powered off.
There are a number of Suns without system power cords
and in various states of being uncabled.
We didn't see any notes on these systems indicating
they were shut down by cluster staff members. Are
these known to you?
