to building 8

System: Medium pressure steam, fire alarm and smoke detectors
Date: 1/18/96
Day: Thursday
Time: 3 p.m. - 11 p.m.
Duration: 8 hours
Reason: To repair leak on main supply to cage washer
Effect: Loss of medium pressure steam, fire alarm and smoke
detector systems for the duration
