There will be many Cluster closings and server shutdowns over Winter
Break. This is a list of the shutdowns scheduled for the second week
of winter break (Sat. 12/31/95 - Fri. 1/5/96).
W20-575 from noon on Sat. 12/30/95 to 8:00 AM on Tues. 1/2/96.
The W20 cluster will be closed, because the student center is going to
be closed Sunday afternoon through Tuesday morning.
Servers Hades, Rosemary, and Cumin
between 12:01 AM and 3:00 AM Tues. 1/2/96 (Mon. night)
These servers will be shutdown for a software upgrade. It is not
expected that all of the servers will be down for the entire duration
of the shutdown, but any of them may be down at any point during the
specified time period.
These machines are all while they are down, all lockers on them will
be unavailable. To find out if you are affected:
