Hi JJ,
Telecom has sent us a request to provide them some more information before
forwarding dead-drop-fixing requests to them. Basically, what they want to
know is the contact person's phone, email, the machine in question's IP
address, name, kind etc. and the room number (in addition to the jack
number) and an alternate person who will be able to let them in the room,
in the event that the client is not available. I have assigned this HD log
# 16332 and am waiting for the info. You may wish to give the info to
net-help or to the help desk at 3-4101 w/ ref. to the log #. Thanks.
